Cancellation Policy

  • We understand plans in life change and events occur that cannot be prepared for! Our cancellation policy will help us continue to manage our schedule efficiently and provide reliable care for everyone.

  • We appreciate prompt communication about cancelling or rescheduling as it gives ur proper time to rebook if necessary.

  • By reviewing our policy and continuing to book with us you are in agreement with all provisions outlined

Daily Pet Care, Household, Personal

⟡Notice Requirements: 24-48 Hours⟡

 

Should you book daily pet care or any household & personal tasks and cancel it between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service you will be charged 50% of the total price of the service

 

⟡Notice Requirements: Less Than 24 Hours/Same Day⟡

 

Should you book daily pet care or any household & personal tasks and cancel it less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, includes same day, you will be charged 100% of the total price of the service

Overnight Pet Care

⟡Notice Requirements: 24-48 Hours⟡ 

 

Should you book overnight pet care and cancel it between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service you will be charged 25% of the total price of the full service. This applies to all overnights booked


⟡Notice Requirements For less than 24 Hours/Same Day⟡

 

⟡Overnight stays that are 1-4 nights⟡

 

Should you book overnight pet care and cancel it less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, includes same day, you will be charged 35% of the total price of the full service

 

◇Overnight stays that are 5 or more nights◇

 

Should you book overnight pet care and cancel it less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, includes same day, you will be charged 50% of the total price of the full service

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen! We appreciate prompt communication whenever possible

 

 Cancellation fees listed above for both parties will be waived in cases of 

  • Severe weather 

  • Medical & family Emergencies (including pet illnesses) 

  • Unsafe travel conditions

  • Daily pet care is defined as pet care that is in our range of 1 hour-8 hours which is our minimum and maximum amount of hours 

 

  • Overnight pet care cancellation policy applies to the total amount of overnights booked for that service

 

  • Household & personal tasks include but are not limited to garden watering, dinner party serving, party set up, house sitting & more. Due to these services being specific to each family's needs and anticipating future needs, we cannot list every single service in this category here. However all services that fall into this category will be subject to this cancellation policy

 

  • If you reschedule your services, not cancel, you will not be subject any cancellation fees

 

  • Should you book and confirm an overnight pet care stay and return home early you will not be subject to cancellation fees
